About the artwork

The focus of the picture is a smoking volcanic cone in a spacious landscape. The long way from the background of the picture up to the volcanic cone couldn’t be more ambiguous and finally ends on the tip at the crater rim. The path of life is lined with bushes up to the chimney. The picture has a custom-made model frame with applications of gold leaf.
