About the artwork

The painting shows a tondo with two trees with autumn leaves that stand on a rocky island. The togetherness of the trees, which approach each other with their branches and leaves, stand together on their lonely rock. Their roots grow out to the right and left. The tondo is lined with trees without leaves. The painting has a custom-made model frame and is titled, dated and signed on the reverse.
