About the artwork

The “fruit still life” consists of pears, apricots, cherries, gooseberries and currants. The fruit lies in front of a summer landscape. The fruits were all painted in their original size and therefore look very realistic. The oil painting has a custom-made model frame with applications of gold leaf and a passe-partout. The painting is titled, dated and signed on the reverse.
