About the artwork

At the center of the tondo is a green bird sitting on an egg. It appears as if the bird, with its leaf-like plumage, is hatching the egg. The landscape in which the bird with the egg is located appears rough and stony. The tondi is lined with gray boulders and green bushes. The painting has a custom-made model frame (dimensions: 80 x 80 cm including frame / painting 60 x 60 cm) and is titled, dated and signed on the back.
